“Derek is first class. Our boiler had been written off & we needed a quote and advice for a replacement. Came same day. Gave us three options on what would be best,considering size of house/bathrooms ect. Got it booked in the diary for following week. Kept in touch with arrival time,and what he wanted access to. Arrived on the dot,never stopped and was completed same day. Tidy worker and sorted all rubbish. Very pleased,will service in a year. Good to know we are in safe hands. 100% recommend.”
